Evidence-all 4 of the number one seeds are still alive (although it took a semi-miracle 3 pointer for Ohio State to survive Xavier on Saturday). 3 of the 4 number 2 seeds are still alive. 3 of the 4 number 3 seeds are still alive. 1 of the 4 number 4 seeds is still alive. So-if you went the chalk route in your pool-you'd still have 11 of the sweet 16 picks alive. You can't rely on being the only guy in the pool smart enough to pick George Mason, UNLV, Butler or Vanderbilt. You can bet the people who will win your pool went with Florida, Kansas, UNC or Ohio State.
